  I don't know who's the rudest here, the employees or the customers, I haven't decided yet. Whenever I do go, I always try to do the drive-thru only. Even then, the person working the window seems to hate their job and it kills them to smile. I get that McDonald's isn't the greatest place to work or even eat, but at least keep it classy, courteous and maybe pretend you like your job.
