  I wish I could give them ZERO Stars!! I called This fast talking Witch. Gave me an attitude because I asked her, her name and asked if she could repeat what she said when she answered the phone. She spoke broken English (Ghetto) and with an attitude told me to "hold on" when I told her I needed to make an appointment as a NEW Patient! she had me on "MUTE" for 6 Minutes ! I called from another number a Lady by the name of Laura answered the phone,, I asked for a supervisor she said there were none, but there are office managers but not in that office I was calling! Then without giving me a chance too say why I wanted a manager she rudely said BUT HOW CAN I HELP YOU THOUGH, as if to say I shouldn't be asking for a manager. As soon as I told her I had been on the other line on mute she started to stutter and make excuses for why I got through so quickly calling from another number and was still on hold with her co-worker.

  I've been seeing Dr Malka for about 5 years. He's always treated me professionally and you can tell he cares. His NP, Linda, is awesome too. I have seen her quite a bit as well. She really cares about her patients.
