  Please do not use this company for service. I have used them once and they were satisfactory. Called them a couple days ago to service my refrigerator and gave them the model# so they could check and see if they had the parts. Steve said that he wasn't sure if they did and that he would have to come out and take a look at it. Made an appointment for the following day between 2- 4 pm. 4;30 came and he wasn't there so I called the office and they told me he would be here within 1/2 hr. Five o'clock came and he called and said he would not be able to make it. I asked him why he didn't call an he stated that I wasn't on the scheduled and that he was doing us a favor. Very rude and un-professional. I fired him.
