  It is unfortunate that people abuse the internet the way they do. But since we have a disgruntled Ms. Holly from Brooksville I will respond to her review. This person contacted the school through the website with questions. A student advisor and her emailed 10 times over a period of 4 days. Then this person decided to register for a class via PayPal. She was then contacted the very next day by a new employee and discussed her deposit and the future payment breakdown. She then asked details about the class itself. The Student Advisor felt that the Instructor could give her all the the answers she required so she was told that she would receive a call from the Instructor as soon as possible. The next day this student, I assume, tried to call the school but the phones were busy that day and her call went into voicemail which she NEVER left a message to be called back. That same afternoon the Instructor called her and she did not answer her phone. MTC has many students and incoming calls and cannot immediately help everyone but will ALWAYS return phone messages just like we did all of Ms. Holly's emails.
  Also this person tried to cancel her PayPal deposit but with the supporting documentation that we submitted they reversed the charges and found in favor of MTC. This was also after Ms. Holly told PayPal that someone used her card without her knowledge to make this deposit. MTC provided PayPal with the email that clearly states in her words when she made the deposit, the amounts of the deposit and the transaction ID's. So obviously this was untrue.
  Ms Holly also contacted the BBB to leave a complaint which again was unfounded because of the documentation.
  MTC does take false accusations seriously and with a continuance of blatant disregard of the truth the next step is to submit this information to the schools attorney.
  The school has been in business for 9 years and has helped many great students acquire very successful careers. We have also learned that when working with the public in any public service field, you cannot and will not please everyone. We hope that this person finds a place that will suit her needs and demands.
